Pressure Control Assistant

As a Pressure Control Assistant you are responsible for the (de)assembly, inspection and pressure testing of recertified and new pressure control products. The maintenance of BOP’s and all other common equipment is part of your responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Interpreting written work instructions and providing accurate assembly and test reports.
• Independent judgment to use time efficiently to meet the demand of a production environment without any compromise of quality.
• Ability to assemble/ test valves and other pressure containing Oil & Gas related components according to relevant work instructions.
• Meet delivery schedules, preset time for work and quality of product.

What do we expect from you?

It is of absolute importance that you have both Mechanical/ Engineering background (MBO3/4) and experience in Assembly and Pressure testing is a plus, just as experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
In addition, we require the following (personal) attributes:

  • Working understanding of ISO and API standards, experience with valve assembly and reading and understanding of technical drawings.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English. German is an advantage.
  • Living within a radius of 50 km from Emmen
  • Possession of driving license B and VCA VOL
