Jouw rol

Als Pressure Control Assistant ondersteun je bij het inspecteren, onderhouden, assembleren en testen van pressure control equipment (PCE). Je werkt praktisch en nauw samen met collega’s in de werkplaats om ervoor te zorgen dat alle apparatuur veilig, gecertificeerd en inzetbaar is.

Dit is een ideale functie voor iemand die zich technisch verder wil ontwikkelen binnen een professionele en groeiende organisatie.

Wat ga je doen

• Assisteren bij (de)montage, inspectie en onderhoud van pressure control equipment
• Ondersteunen bij druk- en functietesten volgens procedures
• Gereedmaken van equipment voor mobilisatie (reinigen, conserveren, opslag)
• Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van inspectie- en testdocumentatie
• Zorgdragen voor juiste labeling en traceability
• Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen of schade
• Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkomgeving

Wat breng je mee

Je bent praktisch ingesteld, leergierig en werkt nauwkeurig. Je vindt het belangrijk om veilig te werken en kwaliteit te leveren.

Wij vragen:

• MBO niveau 3/4 in een technische richting (bij voorkeur werktuigbouwkunde)
• Ervaring in een werkplaats, assemblage of onderhoud is een pré
• Affiniteit met olie & gas of industriële techniek is een plus
• Basiskennis van technische tekeningen
• Bekendheid met ISO/API normen is een pré
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (Duits is een plus)
• Woonachtig binnen ca. 50 km van Emmen
• Rijbewijs B en VCA VOL (of bereid dit te behalen)

Your role

As a Pressure Control Assistant, you will support the inspection, maintenance, assembly, and testing of pressure control equipment (PCE). You will work hands-on in our workshop, ensuring that equipment is safe, compliant, and ready for use in the field.

This is a practical, team-based role with plenty of opportunity to develop your technical skills and grow within the organisation.

What you will do

• Assist with assembly, disassembly, inspection, and maintenance of pressure control equipment
• Support pressure and function testing activities in line with procedures
• Prepare equipment for mobilisation, including cleaning, preservation, and storage
• Help compile inspection and test documentation for certification
• Ensure correct labelling, traceability, and record-keeping
• Identify and report defects or non-conformities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment

What we are looking for

You are practical, hands-on, and keen to learn. Whether you already have experience or are looking to build it, you take pride in working safely and delivering quality work.

We would expect:

• MBO level 3/4 in a mechanical or technical field
• Experience in a workshop, assembly, or maintenance role (oil & gas is a plus)
• Basic understanding of technical drawings and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with ISO/API standards is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Living within commuting distance of Emmen
• Driving licence (B) and VCA VOL (or willingness to obtain)
