Functie-inhoud
Als Senior Controller heb je een afwisselende functie waarbij je financiële informatie en adviezen aan het management geeft en bereidt met hen het financiële beleid voor. Daarnaast zorg je voor periodieke financiële management rapportages, KPI’s, investeringsanalyse, interne kostenverrekeningen, projectanalyses van meerdere bedrijfsonderdelen / Business Units in binnen en buitenland. Ook ondersteun je het management en werkt mee aan planning & control cyclus, begrotingen/budgettering, fiscaliteit, operationele en strategische meerjarenplanningen en IT-projecten. Daarnaast bewaak je de financiële positie en resultaten van de business en stelt Cashflow prognoses op.

Je hoofdtaken zijn:

• Verantwoordelijk voor financiële analyses en rapportages van meerdere bedrijfsonderdelen/entiteiten.
• Stelt cashflow prognoses op.
• Stelt in overleg met het management financiële indicatoren en KPI’s op ten behoeve van efficiency, effectiviteit en projectresultaten.
• Verantwoordelijk voor opstellen en ontwikkelen van managementrapportages.
• Aanleveren van financiële administratieve gegevens ten behoeve van periodieke overzichten.
• Verantwoordelijk voor projectanalyses voor meerdere entiteiten.
• Bewaken boekhouding van diverse Business Units

Verder beschik je over de volgende competenties

• HBO werk en denk niveau
• Je hebt een relevante afgeronde HBO opleiding in een financiele richting.
• Je kunt je goed verstaanbaar maken, zowel woord- als geschrift in Nederlands, Duits en Engels.
• Je hebt goede kennis van MS-office en Exact software
• Minimaal 5-8 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie en bij voorkeur in een internationale service industrie
• Je bent een sparringspartner en durft tegenwicht te bieden aan managers in de organisatie.
• Je bent zelfstandig in staat om prioriteiten te stellen en het werk op te pakken.
• Je bent integer, zelfstandig en beschikt over goede sociale vaardigheden

As a Senior Business Controller you have a varied job in which you provide financial information and advice to the management and prepare the financial policy with them. Your main tasks are

• Responsible for financial analyses and reports of multiple business units/entities.

You bring strength and physical stamina to the job. You are able to cope with complex problems and you work well with others.
Furthermore, you have the following competences

• HBO work and thinking level
• You have a relevant completed HBO education in a financial direction.
• You can make yourself understood, both verbally and in writing, in Dutch, German and English.
• You have good knowledge of MS Office and Exact software
• Minimum of 8-10 years work experience in a similar position and preferably in an international service industry
• You are independently able to set priorities and pick up the work.
• You are honest, independent and have good social skills
