As with our Machine Shop, the facility in Normanton houses state-of-the-art Testing equipment, covering all aspects required by the many standards and procedures required by the industry. We have also invested in 1080HD Remote Monitoring Cameras to allow not only visual inspection of the testing but also remote viewing. These include:-
- 1 x State of the art 20k psi Hydrostatic cell with hydraulic roof and 1080 HD Camera system.
- 1 x Submerged 30k psi Nitrogen test cell, with hydraulic roof and 1080 HD Camera system, independent flow metering points, accurate within 0.001 cc/min flow rate.
- 1 x Metrus Pressure safety valve rig
- 1 x Hydratron Safety Valve test rig 0-10k psi Hydro or Gas, compatible with flanged valves ranging from 0.5” to 12”.
